for the Product Dev Toolkit

Terms and Conditions for Toolkit by MiNDPOP Group:

1. Ownership and License:

   • The Product Toolkit, encompassing Miro, PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint templates, databases, workshops, and exercises, are the exclusive intellectual property of Inspired Workshops. These materials are protected under copyright laws.

   • Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize the materials for their personal or professional development purposes. This license does not confer ownership or authorship rights to the users.

2. Restrictions:

   • Users are expressly prohibited from:

     • Reselling, distributing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the materials without prior written consent from Inspired Workshops.

     • Reverse engineering, modifying, or creating derivative works based on the materials.

     • Removing or altering any copyright or proprietary notices contained within the materials.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

   • Any concepts, methodologies, or proprietary techniques contained within the materials remain the sole property of Inspired Workshops or their respective owners, where applicable.

   • Users acknowledge that certain elements of the materials may incorporate third-party intellectual property, and any use of such elements must adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective owners.

4. Permitted Use:

   • Users may utilize the materials for internal training, workshops, presentations, or consulting engagements.

   • The materials are intended for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice or guidance.

5. Purpose:

   • The primary objective of the Product Toolkit is to enhance user efficiency, facilitate learning, and promote alignment within teams.

   • Users are encouraged to incorporate the materials into their workflows to achieve these objectives effectively.

6. Liability:

   • Inspired Workshops shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of the Toolkit by MiNDPOP Group.

   • Users assume all risks associated with the use of the materials and agree to indemnify and hold Inspired Workshops harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their actions.
