Collaborator Role
Are you a CTO-level leader passionate about empowering startups and scaling companies with the tools and strategies to build scalable, efficient technology systems? MiNDPOP Toolkit is seeking a CTO Engineering and Technology Leader to take ownership of our engineering and technology section. Collaborate with a team of experts, share your knowledge, and elevate your personal brand while giving back to the software community.
What You’ll Do
Own the Engineering and Technology Section: Develop resources that help startups and growth companies navigate key challenges, such as building scalable systems, managing technical debt, and fostering collaboration between engineering and product teams.
Content Creation: Contribute 2–3 posts per month over a six-month ramp-up, including concise articles, step-by-step guides, and tools/templates that reflect your expertise in engineering leadership and scalable tech strategies.
Expand Your Reach: Share your content on LinkedIn to connect with fellow CTOs, engineers, and tech leaders, growing your influence while helping establish MiNDPOP Toolkit as the go-to resource for engineering excellence.
Collaborative Growth: Work with other contributors to equally promote all personal brands, while building MiNDPOP’s reputation as a trusted resource for startups and scaling businesses.
