Are you a seasoned fractional leader with a passion for helping startups and scaling companies deliver exceptional customer experiences? MiNDPOP Toolkit is seeking a Fractional Customer Success Leader to own our customer success section. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with other experts, create high-impact resources, and elevate your personal brand while giving back to the software community.


What You’ll Do


  • Own the Customer Success Section: Develop resources that empower businesses to scale their customer success teams, improve retention, and optimize feedback loops. Your insights will help teams build customer loyalty while managing growth challenges.

  • Content Creation: Over a six-month ramp-up, contribute 2–3 posts per month, including concise articles, practical guides, and tools/templates that reflect your deep expertise in scaling customer success operations.

  • LinkedIn Engagement: Share your content on LinkedIn to grow your professional influence, engage with the fractional community, and expand the reach of MiNDPOP Toolkit.

  • Collaborative Growth: Work with a team of contributors to ensure equal promotion of all personal brands, while elevating MiNDPOP as the trusted resource for startups and scaling companies.
